WEEKLY MINISTRIES

BIBLE STUDY

There are a number of Bible study groups that meet throughout the week to learn and study together.

As a part of the GBC family, you have access to RightNow Media, free of charge. RightNow Media has been described as the Netflix of Bible study material.  Click on the banner below to create your account and start studying through different books of the Bible or themes.

MEN

There is always something to be done or fixed and Men's Ministry is often the first to step up and do what needs to be done.

Each Saturday morning men meet to have some coffee and toast, share their lives and pray for each other.

The Men's Ministry is also involved with Promise Keepers. A group of men attend the Promise Keepers Conference each spring in Winnipeg. Throughout the year other activities and events are planned to help our men grow in their relationship with God and each other.

WOMEN

The importance of our children and youth learning God's word in a way that is relevant to them cannot be stressed enough. We have age-appropriate Sunday School classes each Sunday at 10:00 am for all of our children. Each summer we run

The Women's Ministry serves people both inside and outside the church and are involved in many different ministries, such as:

• Visitation
• Gendreau Personal Care Home birthday parties
• Serving lunches for various functions
• Helping people with meals as the need arises
• Operation Christmas Child
• Dauphin Food Bank
• Collecting stamps for the Leprosy Mission
• Collecting drink tabs for wheelchairs
• Preparing bandages for White Cross in Cameroon

CHILDREN

Every Sunday morning we hold age-appropriate classes for all of our children so they can learn God's word in a way that is relevant to them.

In the summer we run a Vacation Bible School that provides an opportunity for children of all ages to have fun together and also learn more about God's love for them. VBS runs every morning from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm in the second full week of August. Stay tuned for more details.

We also make every effort to run an effective ministry to children in Grade 3-7 with a bi-weekly midweek gathering. For more information check out our youth page.

YOUTH

Youth on Fire is the weekly gathering of teenagers from Grade 7-12. Our time is spent together in worship, service, Bible study, and having fun together. We aim to get to know Jesus more as we spend time together. For more information check out our youth page or our calendar to see where we are meeting and what we are doing.
